Deindustrial Inmobiliaria was founded in 2023 by prominent industry leaders, Aris Stamatiadis and Juan Guillermo Zeledón. The company specializes in the investment and development of industrial and logistics real estate projects, backed by an experienced team with expertise across design, construction, financial structuring, and industrial project marketing. These capabilities enable Deindustrial Inmobiliaria to deliver highly competitive solutions known for their cost efficiency and superior quality.

With a proven track record of over 10 million square feet built, developed, and leased, and more than US $700 million in capital successfully deployed, we provide our clients deep market insight, strategic relationships, and the ability to turn every project into a success story.
Meet
PARTNER & MANAGING DIRECTOR, CO-FOUNDER
Aris has developed and leased over 6.7 million square feet and acquired approximately 1.3 million square feet, representing nearly US $700 million in investments.
He has also executed over US $250 million in bank financing, building strong relationships with key local and regional financial institutions such as BAC, Banco Davivienda, Banco Promerica, and Banco Nacional de Costa Rica.
Prior to founding Deindustrial, Aris held the role of Director of Acquisitions at LPA for 9 years and led Colliers International in Central America as Managing Director for a decade.
PARTNER & CO-FOUNDER
Juan Guillermo founded Zebol Construcciones in 2007 and has since led the company at a regional level, overseeing operations, project management, and construction execution. Over the past 16 years, he has directed and built approximately 7 million square feet of industrial and logistics facilities. He has established strong, long-term business relationships with major clients such as Grupo Montecristo, Zona Franca BES, LPA, Coyol Free Zone, The Green Park Free Zone, among others.
Juan Guillermo is a Civil Engineer and plays a strategic role not only in the construction and structural phases of the projects, but also in their design— considering efficiency, performance, and materiality as core pillars.
